Wednesday, February 19

Our day started with everyone receiving feedback from their peers and the teacher on the news article they wrote yesterday.  Students had time to make some revisions on paper and then the computer based on the feedback.

 We continued with our math work involving area, perimeter, coordinates, fractions and percent related to our blueprints for our lunar colony. 

 In social, we continued our work related to the Iroquois.

  • Thank you to those that have made their payment for ODS.  If you have not yet done so, please visit my CBE account to make your payment.
  • Open House for Woodman Junior High- Late French Immersion Program Thursday, Feb 20 from 6:30 - 8pm
  • Yearbook orders accepted until the end of February.
  • Grade 6 Learning Celebration Thursday, February 27 from 5:30 - 7. This is an open house style event, so you do not need to come right at 5:30.  In order to give students time to share their learning with you, please plan to arrive no later than 6:30.
